£25.00 (+£3.95 P&P) per month. We also offer free collection to anybody local to Derby (DE21) just simply enter COLLECT in the code box at checkout then we will contact you to arrange collection.
When you sign up to Sensory Play Box, payment will be taken immediately. All of our subscriptions will automatically renew by month until you cancel your monthly subscription. After your first box has shipped, you’ll start with our regular billing and shipping cycle. We bill on the 20th of each month and ship at the end of each month. Monthly subscriptions will be billed £25.00 (+£3.95 P&P) each month on the 20th.
Your Sensory Play Box will always be despatched at the end of every month via Royal Mail so it’s with you the first week of every month. From despatch your box can then take up to 2-3 working days to arrive. You will receive an email once your box has been despatched. If you've placed a new order between the 1st & 5th of the month your box will be despatched within two working days of purchase. If your order is placed on the 6th or after you will receive your box the first week of the following month.
Most of the items in our boxes are 3+ so we recommend our boxes to everybody above this age. We don’t like to put an age limit on our boxes as we believe sensory toys are great for all ages. Children with special needs have different levels of independence and various learning levels and developmental abilities. You may need to provide more guidance & assistance to your child for certain contents in the box (a craft/ fine motor based activity.) However, many of the items in Sensory Play Box are appropriate for ALL ages. Fun sensory play often has no age limitations! Who can put an age restriction on a tactile fidget that helps someone focus? A fun toy with a "weird" texture? Sensory items can benefit everyone!
We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, Australia & Greece. We’re happy to ship to other countries, please send us a message for a postage quote.
We are not able to change the monthly billing or shipping schedule for subscriptions. After your first box you will fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle. You will be billed for your first Sensory Play Box immediately. You will then always be billed on the 20th of every month following sign up regardless of your sign up date.
The monthly Sensory Play Box is: 220x110x280mm Small parcel size.
Sensory Play Boxes are only available as monthly subscriptions. If you would only like 1 box, you are able to cancel your monthly subscription any time before your monthly billing date, which will always fall on the 20th of the month. If you cancel your subscription - this will not stop the first box on the subscription from shipping. If you have already been charged, your cancellation will be effective for the following billing cycle and you will still receive a box for that month.
If you've already been billed for the current month (billing is placed on the 20th of every month) your cancellation will go into effect the following month and you will still receive the current month’s box which has already been paid for.
Billing is placed on the 20th of every month. If you have cancelled your subscription after billing has been placed - you will still get the Sensory Play Box which has been billed for. By cancelling - you have cancelled the subscription and the recurring payment - not the specific box. Therefore this will still be shipped to you when dispatch begins in the first week of the month.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Head to your account, on the right hand side under Account Details click Manage Subscriptions then it will give you the option to cancel your subscription. Once your cancellation is complete, all billing will be cancelled. Remember, if you've already been billed for the current month (on the 20th), your cancellation will be effective starting next month.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or DPD within 2 working days* from the date you place your order. Shipping costs start at £2.90 and go up to £4.99, this is calculated by the final packed weight and size of your order which will automatically be estimated at checkout.
Parcel tracking is available on orders over £20* which will be available on your despatch email.
There is a note section at checkout where you are able to detail a safe place or a neighbour for delivery of your parcel if you are not in.
If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate posting, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail.
In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt in it's original condition. If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items within one working day of receiving the goods back. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not able to accept the return of opened goods unless in perfect condition and we shall not accept part used goods. *Some of our larger item's have a despatch time of 7-10 working days which will be noted on the description of the listing. Tracking is not available on these certain products although delivery is normally next day from you receiving your despatch email.
